What are the different types of teas available ?
We have a wide range of Premium Organic Black Tea, Green Tea, Herbal Tea, and Chai for you to choose from.
Where are your teas sourced from?
We source our teas directly from some of the iconic teas gardens in India (Darjeeling, Assam, Kangra, North-East, etc.) and Nepal.
How is the quality of your teas?
All our teas are carefully selected by our tea experts. Only the best batch of teas make their way to our inventory.
Are your teas available throughout the year?
The availability of our teas depend on the season, our inventory, and order volume.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates depend on the net weight or the volumetric weight of the package (whichever is higher).
Worldwide shipping rate is USD 15 for products that fall under 1 kg category.
Due to the current pandemic situation, courier companies may charge additional shipping fees as 'Remote Area Delivery' for Red Zone declared areas in certain parts of the world. In such cases, the additional fees need to be borne by the importer/buyer.
Are there any taxes?
Our retail (online) rates are inclusive of taxes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The teas are delivered within 15 working days. Please note, depending on your order volume and type of tea/s, we will require 1 to 2 days of processing time.
How can I track my order?
You will receive your tracking id once the teas have been dispatched. Once you receive your tracking ID, you can track your order via the Track My Order page
